Is this a good method when on a fat burning plateau?
Hi there. I am currently concerned with my fat loss goals. I am currently trying to burn fat and build lean muscle. I am 18 years old and have shed 4 5 stone of fat over the past two years. I am currently at 15 16 % body fat and i have hit a major plateau for almost half a year now. I have put on a bit of muscle and i haven't got any enquiries with that. I just want to know ways in how to decrease my body fat. Cardio for me was my major turning point before but i just don't like it and find it boring now. I have been told that you don't really need it to loose those last few pounds, but i am not sure. My calories range from around 1800 2200 a day and i am considering decreasing this by 300 500. I haven't seen any results when i have been on 15 50 g carb diet with most of my calories coming from protein and fats and this concerns me as i see everybody talking about great results when they cut carbs drastically. Should i not consume many fats and stick to proteins and veggies? MY MAIN question is shall i alternate my caloricic intake? Basically i've done research and everyone says that when you eat a limited amount of calories your body gets used to it and stops the fat burning process... should i go back to lets say 2500 calories a day for a week or two, then go back to 1500?

Advice on diet, exercise & jillian Michael's fat burning supplements?
I've been taking Jillian Michael's Maximum Strength Fat Burner pill. I don't have much time to exercise, but i do when i can. i would say about 2 3 times a week. I eat 2 3 meals a day and im just not finding the results im looking for. I need advice on dieting plans that can work for me. Also, personal experiences with Jillian's pills would be great.

Am i doing right getting fat burning pills if i weight 120, being 5.8 tall and exercise 6 days a week?
Actually i purchased Lipozin fat burning .. But i wonder if it will be ok for me, because im a little underweight, almost normal... I weight 120 lbs and im 5.8 tall. I actually exercise alot, 6 or 7 days per week... I just started to eat a little unhealthy lately, such as chocolates, crackers with dips, ice creams, but even that way i wont gain weight... But for keeping in shape, besides exercising and running alot, i decided to get those pills.. I mean, my question is, do you think it would have any effect, positive or negative on my body? Ok, so I am 18, about 225, and about six two. I enjoy running, and eating healthy, but have found it difficult because im graduating and focusing more on school then my body, but now that summers here thats gonna change. I am muscular, and am probably at like 15 19 percent bodyfat. Ok those were just my stats, now for the main question. What are the best, types of workouts or techniques for burning the fat off of my stomach, and everywhere else? I am trying to get more muscular, and more cut. I am going to combine my well organized workouts, with alot of fat burning exercises. I just need some names of key workouts. And if I want dramatic fat burning results, how many miles a day should I run? And is it better to run in the morning?
