How do I permanently cure hypoglycemia ?
Hi all. I don't have diabetes. I hope I never get it either. However, I suffer from frequent incidents of hypoglycemia. I get almost all the symptoms of hypoglycemia.in the same way a diabetic gets when they take too much insulin. I'm pretty sure my body is overproducing insulin in my pancreas but I don't know why. I may have an insulinoma or more than one of them in or on my pancreas, which are tumors that overproduce insulin in the body. A CT scan or an MRI scan would be able to confirm it for me. They can successfully be removed by surgery. But as of now, I don't have any health insurance to go see doctors. In the meantime, how do I prevent it from happening again? I feel like I always have to have sugar and food on hand. This is not normal at all. I've suffered from this condition almost all my life. It affects my life in every way, whether it's social, work, exercise, dating, etc. What can I do to keep my blood sugar stable everyday? Can I really die from this? Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks.

How to deal with nighttime hypoglycemia?
I'm pretty sure I have hypoglycemia. I haven't been to the doctor yet, but I have to eat every 2 or 3 hours or else I get shaky and have mood swings. This has only been happening for about 3 weeks though and a few days ago I have started to get low blood sugar right before bed. I don't know how to deal with it at night, though. If I go to be I can't sleep, but if I eat a snack I get indigestion. What kind of snacks should I eat and at what time say, an hour before bed?

Do I possibly have hypoglycemia?
Yesterday I went in an ambulance after I was at the nurse's office. I was breathing extremely quickly, my heart rate was 180, and my blood pressure was 80 60. When I went on the ambulance, my blood sugar was at 39. They even double checked. I was barely conscious and I progressively got worse. after, they put an IV in me with sugar but then my blood sugar shot up to 201. Diabetes runs in both my mom and dad's side. I'm 13, 4'11" , and I weigh 90 lbs

Would this be Hypoglycemia?
Really lately whenever I eat something with a lot of sugar such as cookies, pie, candy, ice cream, etc. about 20 minutes later I get very light headed and feel like I'm about to faint then a couple times after the light headed feeling goes away I'm extremely tired. I've tested my blood sugar twice during these both after I ate and it's been 93 and 95. Could this be hypoglycemia?

Hypoglycemia in a teenager?
A year ago I was sent to take a 6 hour glucose test only to find out that I'm hypoglycemia when I crashed in the middle of the test and had to quit early. After I did the test I never got a call back from the doctor or anything so I've been doing research and finding everything out by myself about hypoglycemia. I'm 16 now and I just read something about there being an underlying problem with hypoglycemia. I never new I had any problem before the test cause just thought it was normal to get shaky when I got hungry.. But I want to know if there is really another problem associated with my sugar problem?

I Think I Have Hypoglycemia (Low Blood Sugar)?
was talking to a friend and told him that I've been having headaches almost everyday for probably a year, and that my hands shake, and sometimes I've even blacked out. He started asking me if I've been eating at normal times, and I told him I rarely eat breakfast and sometimes because of my job I can't eat lunch. He said it might be hypoglycemia, because he has it and when he doesn't eat, he gets headaches and his hands shake a lot too. I've noticed if I go to a camp or on a retreat that has scheduled meals, I usually don't have any headaches or feel shaky. So the headaches are kinda in the back of my head, my hands just shake quite a bit, and I've only blacked out a few times but I don't think its ever lasted very long. So does anyone think it could be hypoglycemia? And its not diabetes, I got tested for that a couple months ago.

Anyone knowledgable in Hypoglycemia?
I am a 26 y o female, 110 lbs. I do not have any major health issues. I do, however, have this problem every so often. I randomly get shaky, sweaty, sight goes gray black and I crave sweets. It happens every few months, sometimes more frequently. I literally have to crawl across the floor to a fan and lay in front of the fan while I have someone bring me either candy, fruit cups or juice. I quickly eat drink and feel better shortly thereafter. I recall having spells like this as a child only much less frequently and not nearly as bad. After doing research I found it could possibly be hypoglycemia. However, I am 5'3 and only 110 lbs and in my research it seems most people with hypoglycemia are overweight not all though . I am just wondering if anyone has had similar symptoms and if they know what this could be. The " attacks" seem to get worse as the years pass. Thanks.
