Whats a good low calorie meal to eat for dinner?


The food I ate today had a low calorie total but high fat total. How does that affect me?
I'm trying to eat healthier. I'm not trying to go on a huge diet and lose lots of weight, I'm just aiming for better overall health and to shed a few pounds, so I've been monitoring what I eat.I'm done eating for the day, and my total calories are 1700 which is below the recommended 2000 for someone like me , but my total fat is 90g, which is 25g higher than what's recommended for me. How does this affect my body? Does this kind of eating make me gain or lose weight, or nothing? I ate very healthy the first part of the day, but for dinner I had fast food, though not a large amount.

Can you lose weight eating bad food but low calories?
I have downloaded the myfitness app, which is great. It gives me my allowance of calories for the day according to my height, weight, goal weight and daily activity. I do eat pretty healthy, but I am curious, the past few days I have eaten crisps and junk, but stayed within my allocated calories and I have still lost weight. So it's not true that eating junk makes you gain weight? It's about the amount of calories you consume, good or bad?

i did one recently however felt very faint and went very shaky after about four days, this put me off it, but was this my body just changing to suit the diet i was on, or was it going into fat storage mode? im 16, 14 stone and do abit of excercise with my horse, and got told 1400 calories was a good amount to lose a couple of stone, what do you think??

What should I add in or is that fine because I wasn't even hungry once eating like that. It was still upwards of 120g of protein so I don't think I would lose muscle like that...
