I just had an endoscopy does and the doctor told me that I am not digesting my food normally. They told me not to eat after midnight last night and I ate some oatmeal a little before ten thirty but he said that should have digested by this morning at 7 00 when I had my appointment, so he wants to find out why I am having trouble digesting food. But, in the mean time, he wants me to stick to a low fat low protein food list because he said this will help my stomach, but the only things he really told me I could eat were alot of fish like tilapia and alot of vegetables. Is there anything else that you know of that is low fat and low protein? Also, does that mean no more iced coffees? lol. Thanks in advance.

To attack visceral fat, I intend to go on a low fat, low calorie diet, eating 6 250 calorie meals a day, at 2 hour intervals. Exercise is mandatory pumping iron etc. , and you include whole grains, vegetables, fruit, etc. My question is, how many grams of fat should be allowable per day?

Best cheap, low-fat sources of protein and calcium?
I'm sure the answer is somewhere in the dairy aisle of the grocery store, but I'm broke and crunched for time college, blah , and I'm also a health nut and health major . I noticed I'm not getting enough calcium in my diet and my doctor recommended more protein, and I have a hang up on fat I prefer nonfat over fat ALWAYS. So what would be the best foods to get that aren't too expensive and have a high amount of protein and calcium in them?I forgot to mention, I also need more iron. I'm borderline anemic and there's also a blood drive tomorrow that I'm going to PI have $20 to get whole grain bread, tuna, carrots, broccoli and whatever this " missing item" is...
