What sort of exercises/sports/muscle groups should I be working on to be able to lift up my boyfriend?
I'm average size and he's about 6 inches taller than me and has the build of a rugby player.. but I'm determined

What muscle groups do these different pull-ups work ?
Am not to familiar with what muscles you work when you do them and i know there are 3 different variations of doing Pull Ups... my question is what are those 3 different pull ups called and what muscles each variation pull up works..P.S.I bought the Iron Gym where you can do push ups,dips,sit ups, and Pull Ups on Monday i did 4 sets of 25 til failure then i did 10 sets of 4 for the pull up variation where your hands are by your head.. am sore from doing the Push Ups only on my chest area, today i did dips for 4 sets of 25 til failure then did the close grip one that works biceps .. did 4 sets of 10 for that i felt a pump on my sides after doing those.. but yeah i would appreciate if yall can tell me what muscles those 3 pull up variations work cause my goal is to build muscle and strength

Is it okay if I work 4 muscle groups today? I am only doing this once?
I wasn't able to go to the gym yesterday.I do abs and arms thursdays, cardio and legs fridays.For several reasons it is really difficult to get to the gym on saturday and sunday, so I would rather not deal with that stress.I am only doing this once, then I am going back to my regular schedule.

it goes biceps forearms back 1st day 2nd day chest triceps 3rd day abs legs than repeat should i put shoulder's in one of these days also ?

I heard it was tricep, chest, trapezius and abs.

Is it true that it's bad to work out the same muscle groups two days in a row?
Sometimes all I have is two days in a row to go to the gym & I like to give certain muscle groups priority. Thanks

What muscle groups should i workout?
Well, i use to do a full body workout, but i kind of noticed that i get better results when i work each muscle group alone ONCE per week. So what i need is a list of the muscle groups that i should workout for my whole body, and what muscle groups should i workout together? I have about 3 4 days to workout per week. thanks in advance.

What muscle groups am I using primarily at work?
This is what my job involves Lifting and carrying heavy objects a metal bucket full of equipment and a power reel all day I have to carry these heavy weights up and down ladders too.I'm on my feet majority of the day so im walking around a lot which is good cardio I know.Also I do have to climb around sometimes through small openings and under and over objects.The reason I want to know is because I already work out after work and I want to know what muscles are getting used a lot at work as I don't want to over do them.
