Muscles hurt a bit- should i skip weight training today?
I did my first round of weight training 2 days ago, and had planned to do it 3 times a week which means I am supposed to do it again today. But my muscles are still sore from 2 days ago. Should I go for it, or wait?

*Important* Will weight training and running on separate days help me lose fat while gaining muscle?
If I where to weight train on Monday and run 5km on Tuesday will that help me gain muscle and lose fat? Because I know if I do it on the same day I'll slow muscle growth.

Hello I am a recovering anorexic and my doctor said when i get to the weight of 46kg which i am i can start weight training to help the influences of putting the weight on as lean muscle mass the only problem is i am not to sure how heavy weights i should be lifting what like weight training exercises to do as i walk around all day with my job so there is cardio so what weight training exercises should i do? any videos or useful links would be much appreciated and any experts etc Oh yeah i am 5 ft 8 Male and 46kg atm and my target weight is 51 52kg Thankyou

hi i do weight training for about fourty five minutes per day, monday through friday 5 days . just looking for the best all around routine for a weekley basis. please include the workouts that you found most effective for biceps and forearms.no.. im not that flabby. thank you ill do it my self .
